§ 33.02 PAY PERIOD.
   Beginning with the month of April, 1980, the pay period for all employees of the village shall be computed on a bi-weekly basis. The first pay period of each month shall consist of the first 15 days of the month inclusive. The second pay period of each month shall consist of the remaining days of the month.
