(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Whoever maliciously shall destroy, injure, or cut down a shade tree or ornamental shrubbery in and along the public streets within the public right of way is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $100.
(2) Whoever maliciously shall destroy, injure, or cut down a shade tree or ornamental shrubbery approved and designated pursuant to § 31.01(E) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $100.
(3) Whoever violates § 31.01(G) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $100.
