§ 153.024  REVIEW BY COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT.
   Applicants that propose earthmoving activities in excess of 5,000 square feet shall first be required to prepare and submit an erosion and sedimentation control plan to the Blair County Conservation District for review and approval. The applicant shall also comply with all provisions of the township's erosion and sedimentation control ordinance.
