In all cases involving the proposed construction of a garage, carport, shed and/or deck, a minimum building line setback shall conform to the following:
(A) Front. A setback of 25 feet from the edge of the property lines shall be provided.
(B) Side. A setback of seven feet from the edge of the property line shall be provided, except where the property is a corner lot abutting a roadway or highway, then a 25-foot setback from the roadway is required.
(C) Rear. A setback of seven feet from the edge of the property line shall be provided.
