§ 150.35  STANDARDS FOR REPAIR, VACATION OR DEMOLITION.
   The following standards shall be the basic guidelines to be followed by the Board of Supervisors in ordering the repair, vacation or demolition of any building or structure pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter:
   (A)   If the dangerous or red-tagged building or structure can be reasonably repaired so that it will no longer be in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, the Board of Supervisors shall order that said building or structure be repaired;
   (B)   If the dangerous or red-tagged building or structure cannot be reasonably repaired so that it will no longer be in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, the Board of Supervisors shall order that said building or structure be demolished; and
   (C)   If the dangerous or red-tagged building or structure is in such condition so as to make it dangerous to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of its occupants, the Board of Supervisors shall have the authority to order said building or structure to be vacated.
