The Tax Collector of said township is authorized to use any remedy or remedies now provided by law to enforce the collection and payment of the tax. In the event that legal process is necessary for the collection of said tax, the costs and expenses incurred by the Tax Collector shall be added to the amount of the tax to be collected and shall be collected with the delinquent tax as an additional penalty thereon.
