For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OCCUPATION. Any means of livelihood, including, but not limited to, a profession, business, trade or employment.
TAX ADMINISTRATOR. The person authorized and empowered by the Board of Supervisors of the township to oversee the collection of taxes imposed hereby and the enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter.
TAX COLLECTOR. The Tax Collector and delinquent Tax Collector of the township designated to collect taxes and enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
