§ 33.026  STATUTORY AUTHORITY; EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This subchapter has been enacted and the tax hereunder levied in pursuance of the authority granted by the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., and 53 P.S. §§ 6924.101 to 6924.312. The effective date of this subchapter is April 6, 1960.
