(A) A permit issued shall be valid for a period of 30 years. Permits are non-renewable and any wind turbine generator facility operator wishing to continue operation must reapply for a new permit under this chapter.
(B) Any permit granted under this chapter is not assignable or transferable to any other person, firm or corporation, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the express prior written consent of the township.
