Fees for the review of the erosion and sedimentation control plan may be charged by the Blair County Conservation District. The current fees as of the adoption of this chapter are listed on attachment A to the ordinance codified herein, which is on file in the township offices. These fees are subject to change. The applicant must determine the amount of the fee that will apply to his or her application. Anyone requiring an explanation of district charges for plan review should contact the district for such information.
