(A) Applications for approval of an erosion and sedimentation control plan under the requirements of this chapter, shall be made by completing all required spaces on the standard erosion and sediment control plan review application as maintained in the township office and as modified by the Township Manager from time to time, and forwarding the form to the District at the address shown. No grading permits will be issued by the township unless and until an approved erosion and sedimentation control plan is received.
(B) Erosion and sedimentation control plans will be reviewed within the following time limits:
(1) First district review: 45 days.
(2) Second and third district review: 30 days.
