No building or structure, or any part thereof, shall be erected, enlarged, converted, repaired, altered, razed and/or demolished, until a building permit shall have been procured from the township by the owner or owner's agent prior to commencement of any such work. This section will be satisfied if the Owner or owner's agent secures a permit pursuant to any other applicable portion of this code, but in such case the other provisions of this subsection still shall apply in addition to any other requirements applicable to the permit or the activity to which it applies.
