For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONSTRUCTION WASTE. Any refuse or other material, including but not limited to solid, liquid, semisolid, or contained gaseous material, resulting from the construction, razing, and/or demolition of a building or structure. The term does not include recyclable materials.
STRUCTURE. Any man-made object having an ascertainable stationary location on or in land or water, whether or not affixed to the land.
