(A) Pursuant to 53 P.S. § 66601(d), the codification of all ordinances of a permanent and general nature for Antis Township, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as revised, codified, rearranged, renumbered and consolidated into component codes, titles, chapters and sections, are approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as a single ordinance of Antis Township, and shall be known and designated as the Antis Township Code, for which designation “code of ordinances”, “codified ordinances” or “code” may be substituted.
(B) Code title, chapter and section headings do not constitute any part of the law as contained in the code.
