(A) The Supervisors of the township shall designate one or more inspectors as necessary to carry on a daily inspection of each area authorized for sanitary landfill operation, and it shall be the duty of said inspector or inspectors to enforce the rules and regulations of sanitary landfill operations.
(B) In the event that any person, persons, partnership, company or corporation fails to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth in the chapter or in the event that any person, persons, partnership, company or corporation operates a sanitary landfill without a permit, then it shall be the duty of the inspector or inspectors to report to the Supervisors of the township any violation of the rules and regulations and/or any operation without a permit.
