§ 114.03  INSPECTION; FEES.
   The person, persons, partnership, company or corporation shall pay the sum of $75 to cover the cost of weekly inspection, for a period of three months, of the said area for which a permit is granted and, if in the judgment of the Supervisors the operation requires daily inspection, the sum of $225 to cover the cost of daily inspection, for a period of three months, of the area for which a permit is granted. Said fee shall be paid in advance by cash or certified check to the Supervisors of the township upon approval of the application by the Supervisors of the township. Any unearned portion of the said inspection fee shall be forfeited to the Supervisors of the township in the event that the applicant discontinues or abandons the use of the specific area before the period for which the inspection fee is paid expires. The inspection fee for each subsequent period of use shall be paid in advance and shall not extend beyond a period of one year from the date the permit is granted unless the permit is renewed for subsequent additional periods of one year.
