§ 113.02  LICENSE REQUIRED.
   On or after the effective date of this chapter, no person shall be a salvage dealer or establish a salvage yard in the township, except as authorized by this chapter and only after having obtained a license for the operation of a salvage yard in accordance with this chapter.
