§ 111.04  EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the sale of milk and milk products, meat or meat products, bread or bread products or any regularly scheduled delivery route; nor to the sale of farm products grown on the property of the seller thereof, the proceeds of which are to be applied to any charitable or philanthropic purpose, nor to any bona fide resident of the township.
   (B)   Boys or girls under age 18 years of age who take orders for and deliver newspapers, greeting cards, candy, submarines sandwiches and the like for Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, schools, churches or other charitable organizations.
   (C)   Other national and international service organizations and associations existing for the benefit of youth, aged, handicapped or stricken and soliciting or selling for the purpose of self-perpetuation and who may be registered as charitable organizations with the state of federal government.
   (D)   Insurance and real estate agents and brokers licenses by the commonwealth.
   (E)   Individuals distributing sales literature “door hangings” as long as there is no attempt to contact the home or business occupant.
