§ 93.26  CONFORMANCE WITH PLANS REQUIRED.
   All construction shall conform to the plans approved by the Board. Any construction that does not comply with the approved plans may be ordered by the engineer or Township Superintendent to be remedied in accordance with the general provisions and specifications at no cost to the township.
