The application shall be accompanied by fees in accordance with the prevailing schedule of fees for highway occupancy permits. This fee schedule may be amended from time to time and is available at the township office. If the Township Superintendent determines that the application package is to be reviewed by the engineer, all engineering and associated additional administrative costs shall be reimbursed to the township by the owner.
