(A) Parking is hereby prohibited at any and all times in the following locations:
(1) On Township Road T-503, known as the “River Road”;
(2) Along the westerly side of Route 220 from the intersection of Route 865 to a point 150 feet north of said intersection;
(3) Along the northwesterly side of Route 220 from the intersection of Legislative Route 07028 (4023) to a point 300 feet northeast of said intersection;
(4) Along Route 220 on the northwesterly side from the intersection of Legislative Route 07028 (State Route 4021) to a point 1,100 feet southwest of said intersection (Ord. 4-88);
(5) Along the southeasterly side of Route 220 from a point which is an extension of the southwesterly side of Legislative Route 07028 onto the southeasterly side of Route 220; thence in a southwesterly direction 1,200 feet to a point on line of land of Altoona Enterprises, Inc. (Ord. 4-88);
(6) Both sides, entire length of East Ninth Street (Ord. 2-95);
(7) Along S.R. 0220 on the southeast side from the intersection of Rossi Drive, T-789, to a point 400 feet northeast of said intersection (Ord. 2-98);
(8) Along S.R. 4023 on the southwest side from the intersection of S.R. 0220 to a point 400 feet west of said intersection (Ord. 2-98);
(9) Along S.R. 4023 on the northwest side from the intersection of S.R. 0220 to a point 450 feet west of said intersection (Ord. 2-98);
(10) Along Rossi Drive, T-789, on the southwest side from the intersection of S.R. 0220 to a point 540 feet southeast of said intersection (Ord. 4-98);
(11) Along Rossi Drive, T-789, on the northeast side from the intersection of S.R. 0220 to a point 540 feet east of said intersection (Ord. 4-98);
(12) Along the Bellwood-Antis School District side (west side) of Martin Street (Ord. 3-2000);
(13) Along S.R. 1001 on the northeast side front the intersection of S.R. 0764 to a point 200 feet northeast of said intersection (Ord. 9-2001);
(14) Along S.R. 4022 (Stadium Drive) on the westbound side, from the intersection of S.R. 4022 and S.R. 0220 to the intersection of S.R. 4022 and 2nd Street (Ord. 5-2003);
(15) Along S.R. 4022 (Stadium Drive) on the westbound side, from the intersection of S.R. 4022 and S.R. 0220 to the intersection of S.R. 4022 and 2nd Street (Ord. 5-2003); and
(16) Along T-492 (Becker Road) on both sides, from the intersection of T-492 and T-490 (Kerbaugh Road), in the direction of the intersection of T-492 and S.R. 4019 (Main Street), to the township line (Ord. 4-2005).
(B) The township staff hereby is authorized and directed to install official “No Parking” signs consistent with division (A) above. Said signs shall be in accordance with rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).
(C) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Justice, be subject to a fine as provided in § 70.99.
