§ 71.03  TOW-AWAY ZONES DESIGNATED.
   The township shall have authority to remove and impound any vehicle on township right-of-way where emergency or weather conditions mandate snow removal or other action by the township to ensure the safety and welfare of citizens. The township may designate other areas as tow-away zones as necessary.
