§ 70.11  AUTHORITY TO CLOSE HIGHWAYS.
   The Board of Supervisors shall have the right, by resolution, to temporarily close any township road when, in its opinion, excessive or unusual conditions have rendered such road unfit or unsafe for travel. Such road or portion of road shall be properly marked in accordance with law, and any person using such road or portion thereof, after the same has been properly closed and marked, without a permit from the Board of Supervisors shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine as provided in § 70.99.
