§ 31.17  POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The powers and duties of the Manager are subject to recall or modification by ordinance or resolution of the Board of Supervisors. The specific job duties and responsibilities are attached hereto marked as “Township Manager Job Description”. (Said job description is on file in the township offices.)
