(A) The enforcing officer shall enforce this chapter by any of the following methods, which shall be utilized at the enforcing officer’s discretion according to the severity of the violation and the potential for abatement:
(1) Written warnings and an opportunity to cure;
(2) Filing complaints in the Municipal Court; and
(3) Service of notices to abate public nuisances.
(B) Use of one of the above methods of enforcement does not preclude the use of another method.
