(A) The Chief of Police may grant a temporary permit which allows non-compliance with the limitations prescribed in this chapter for the purpose of blocking off streets and amplified sound activities of short duration.
(B) The issuance of such permits will be only for a time period between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Friday and/or Saturday and 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday and shall not exceed three consecutive days.
