Pursuant to NMSA § 3-17-6, the New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance, 2004 Compilations, containing all revisions through April 2010, compiled by the New Mexico Municipal League is adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set out herein, except as amended herein, except as amended by the governing body. The New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance, 2004 Compilation, containing all revisions through April 2010, as amended by the governing body, shall be known as the City Uniform Traffic Code.
