§ 33.45 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONVICTED. The defendant has been found guilty of a criminal charge by the Municipal Judge, either after trial, a plea of guilty or a plea of nolo contendere.
