The Municipal Judge shall receive a salary as set from time to time by resolution. In addition, when the Municipal Judge must travel outside the city on official business and when the costs of such travel and per diem have been budgeted as provided by law, the Municipal Judge shall be reimbursed for travel and per diem in accordance with state statutory provisions.
