§ 33.30 AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE.
   (A)   Authority. This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the enabling provisions of NMSA § 3-17-1, as amended.
   (B)   Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to establish the salary, benefits and amount of time to be worked by the Municipal Judge.
