The duties of the Municipal Judge shall be to:
(A) Ensure the establishment of appropriate judicial and administrative procedures for the efficient and effective operation of the Municipal Court;
(B) Hire and supervise court employees;
(C) Prepare a budget for submission to the City Board of Trustees; and
(D) Adhere to the provisions of state and the rules of procedure for municipal courts.
