§ 33.07 TEMPORARY MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   During the temporary incapacity or absence of the Municipal Judge, under circumstances not tantamount to or constituting a vacancy in office, including, but not limited to, vacation, temporary absences, unavailability or incapacity, the Municipal Judge, before absenting, he or she shall select, or, upon his or her failure to select, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the governing body, shall select a qualified person to serve as Temporary Municipal Judge. Upon taking oath of office, the Temporary Judge shall exercise all powers and perform all the duties of the Municipal Judge.
