§ 32.04 QUALIFICATIONS.
   The Police Chief shall be or become, within six months after appointment, a state certified law enforcement officer. The Police Chief shall be free of felony convictions, a U.S. citizen, possess a current driver’s license and shall be required to pass physical and psychological examination by a licensed physician chosen and paid for by the city.
