§ 30.39 INTERIM CITY MANAGER APPOINTED WHEN POSITION VACANT.
   An Interim City Manager shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the governing body. The appointment of the Interim City Manager shall be discussed in closed session by the governing body for consideration and action in open session. The Trustees may suggest and recommend individuals to the Mayor for the interim position. Consideration of the appointment by the governing body shall take place at the next regular meeting of the governing body following notice of termination without good cause or notice of resignation by the City Manager. In the event of termination for cause, death or incapacity, the appointment of the Interim City Manager shall be considered by the governing body as soon as practicable.
