§ 131.02 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide for regulation of fireworks within the municipal territory of the city, consistent with the authority granted to municipalities under the Fireworks Licensing and Safety Act, NMSA §§ 60-2C-1 et seq.
