§ 130.11 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR GRAFFITI CAUSED BY A MINOR.
   A parent or legal guardian of a minor commits an offense if he or she knowingly permits the minor to commit the offense of graffiti as defined in this subchapter.
