§ 130.05 METHODS OF ENFORCING REMOVAL.

   The enforcing officer may enforce §§ 130.03 through 130.08 by any of the following methods, which shall be utilized at the enforcing officer’s discretion according to the severity of the violation and the potential for abatement:

   (A)   Written warnings and an opportunity to cure;

   (B)   Filing complaints in the Municipal Court; and

   (C)   Service of notices to abate graffiti.
