§ 112.21 IMPOUNDING.
   A vehicle may be impounded by a police officer, or by any other person(s) authorized to enforce this chapter, pursuant to this chapter, in the course of an arrest of the operator for a violation of this chapter when the vehicle is to be used as evidence of the violation.
