§ 112.16 VEHICLE TAGS.
   Every person who is required to obtain a permit by this chapter shall obtain a vehicle tag (from the authority) for each vehicle used for vending purposes at the time the permit is issued. All vehicles for which tags are issued shall display the tag on the exterior lower rear right-hand portion of the vehicle.
