§ 30.01 AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE.
   (A)   Authority. This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the enabling provisions of NMSA §§ 3-17-1 and 3-10-3, as amended.
   (B)   Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to establish the compensation of the Mayor and members of the Board of Trustees.
