§ 112.05 PERMIT; REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, whether or not the person maintains or is employed at an established place of business or by a person who is permitted pursuant to this chapter, shall engage in the business of street vendor without first obtaining a vendor’s permit.
   (B)   A vendor’s permit is not transferable and shall be valid for not more than one year from the date of issuance.
   (C)   The authority shall not issue a vendor’s permit to a food vendor until the applicant for a vendor’s permit provides proof to the city that he, she or it has obtained a Health Department permit for the vehicle to be used.
   (D)   The permit must be displayed so as to be viewable from the driver-side window.
