The City Clerk shall provide a suitable certificate of registration or license to be furnished to each place of business coming within the terms of §§ 110.02 through 110.11, and such certificate of registration or license shall be prominently displayed at the place of business for which such registration or license is issued. Solicitors and similar licensees shall carry the license on his or her person while engaging in the business for which such license is issued.
