§ 110.09 REGISTRATION; LATE FEES.
   If any person fails to obtain the appropriate registration or license pursuant to §§ 110.02 through 110.11 or fails to renew an existing registration or license, this person shall pay a late fee in an amount not to exceed that permitted by state statute. This surcharge shall be in addition to all other fees imposed by this chapter.
