(A) The city, upon completion of its review of the application and an evaluation of the criteria for approval of the application as set forth in this chapter and in any RFP issued by the city, and upon its determination that the applicant is a qualifying grantee, and upon its receipt of notification from the MFA that it agrees that the application is complete and that the Act and Rules have been satisfied and the applicant is a qualifying grantee, by written notice shall notify each applicant which has submitted an application of the approval or disapproval of its application. Upon approval of its application, the applicant shall be considered approved to participate in the affordable housing program.
(B) The city’s and the MFA’s determination of any application shall be conclusive.
