A franchisee may adopt regulations, terms, and conditions governing the conduct of its business that enable the franchisee to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under the franchise agreement and to ensure uninterrupted cable service to its customers and that are not in conflict with the provisions of this article, the franchise agreement, or applicable State and federal laws and regulations.
