A. Board Approval: Before any mobile homes are installed, there must be approval by a majority vote of the Village Board and such vote can only be taken after written permission of the property owners, as hereinbefore provided for, are on file with the Village Clerk.
B. Objection To Application: If any such adjoining property owner or owner of property within the three hundred foot (300') radius shall refuse to give their permission or shall object to the placement of a mobile home, a majority of the Village Board may still vote approval after a hearing is conducted in the same manner that a hearing would be heard on an application for a zoning variance 1 .
