8-4-8: EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATES:
The rates and service charges established for user charges in Section 8-4-4 of this Chapter shall be effective ninety (90) days after the sewerage system is available and operable for use. (Ord. 164, 5-12-1981; amd. 1998 Code)
