ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 4-3-1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE VILLAGE OF ANNAWAN, HENRY COUNTY, STATE OF ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ANNAWAN, HENRY COUNTY, STATE OF ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1:
Section 4-3-1of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Annawan is hereby amended as follows:
NUISANCE DECLARED: Whoever shall suffer or permit any cockleburs, thistles, jimson or other weeds or tall grass to grow to a height exceeding six (6) inches upon any lot or premises owned or controlled by him, including the city right of way, commonly referred to as the boulevard within the Village shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance. of Ordinances for the Village of Annawan;

Section 3:
This Ordinance shall take effect on 12th
