6-6-4: PENALTY:

A person found to be in violation of this chapter shall be required to pay a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense. A fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) shall be imposed for a second or a subsequent violation. (Ord. 362, 5-12-2015)
