6-6-2: GENERAL AUTHORIZATION:

A. Except as otherwise prohibited in this chapter, it shall be lawful for any person who holds a valid driver's license issued in this or any other state to operate a recreational off-road vehicle and golf cart on any street maintained by the Village of Annawan with posted speed limit of less than thirty five (35) mph.
